At Vionee, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, custom-tailored products that meet your unique size requirements. Due to the customized nature of our items, we operate under a strict No Return & No General Exchange Policy. Please carefully review the following conditions before making a purchase:
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are not accepted except in the specific case where an item arrives defective or you received the wrong item.

Customized Products: All products are tailored according to the size and specifications you provide. For this reason, returns are not accommodated unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Final Sale: Every purchase made on our website is final. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be returned or canceled.

Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact our support team within [time frame, e.g., 48 hours] of receiving your order, providing your order number and clear photos. Vionee may, at its discretion, offer a replacement for verified defective items.
2. Required for Return/Exchange

Opening Video Required: To be eligible for a return or exchange due to a defect or wrong item, an unedited video of the parcel being opened is mandatory. This video must clearly show the package as it was received, being opened for the first time, and the condition of the item inside. This is essential to verify the condition and contents of the order upon receipt.
3. Refunds and Store Credit
Please note hat we do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Only Store Credit is issued for approved returns.

Store Credit Only: Upon approval of your return (for a verified defect or wrong item), you will receive store credit equal to the original purchase amount minus a ₹150 shipping fee. This store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
4. Exchange Details
Exchanges are strictly limited to cases of incorrect items, defects, or significant fitting issues (if agreed upon by our team).

Conditions for Exchange: If your product qualifies for an exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition, with tags attached and unworn.

Exchange Processing Fee: A fee of ₹220 will apply for processing the exchange and shipping the replacement item. This fee covers the shipping costs associated with sending the replacement.

Processing Time: Please allow 4-5 business days for us to process your exchange once the original product has been received and inspected. The new product will only be sent once this inspection is complete.
5. Non-Returnable Items
