Refund policy
At Vionee, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied while shopping with us. Every product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch, and we take great care in packaging and delivery. However, we understand that you may sometimes wish to return or exchange a product.
To keep everything simple, fair, and transparent, please read our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy below.
1. Return & Exchange Window
• We offer a 5-day return and exchange period, counted from the day your order is delivered.
• Requests raised after 5 days of delivery will not be eligible.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds in the following forms:
a) Store Credit (Preferred Option)
• Refunds are issued as store credit to your Vionee account.
• Store credit never expires and can be used for any future purchase.
• This is the fastest and most convenient refund option.
b) Refund to UPI (On Request)
• If you prefer a direct refund, it will be processed via your UPI number or UPI ID.
• A ₹279 service charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product passes quality checks.
3. Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
a) Exchange When Correct Size Was Sent
Example: You ordered size S, and size S was delivered.
• If you still want to exchange it for a different size, an exchange fee of ₹279 per item applies.
• This covers handling, shipping, and repackaging charges.
b) Exchange When Incorrect Size Was Sent by Vionee
• If you receive a size different from what you ordered or different from our size chart, the exchange is free of cost.
• Vionee will bear all courier and service charges.
4. Conditions for Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, ensure that:
• The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
• All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
• The product is free from stains, perfumes, odors, or damage
• Items purchased during final sale or clearance offers may not be eligible unless defective
5. Charges & Deductions
• Refund to UPI deduction: ₹279 per order
• Customer-initiated exchange: ₹279 per item
• Incorrect size or defective product (our mistake): No charges
• Shipping charges paid during order placement are non-refundable
6. How to Raise a Request

Include the following details:
• Clear images of the product
• A brief explanation of the issue
Our team will respond within 24–48 working hours with the next steps.
Once approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
7. Processing Timeline
• Return verification at warehouse: 2–3 working days
• Refund processing (store credit or UPI): 7–10 working days
• Exchange dispatch: 2–5 working days after approval
