• All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and successful payment.
• Prices listed include applicable taxes but exclude shipping charges, which will be displayed at checkout.
• Payments must be completed using secure payment gateways available on the website.
• Vionee does not store sensitive payment information such as card details or UPI credentials.
4. Shipping & Delivery
• We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and holidays.
• Delivery timelines typically range between 3 to 7 working days within India, depending on the destination.
• Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
• Delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen events are beyond our control, and Vionee is not liable for such delays.
5. Returns & Exchanges
• Vionee offers a 5 day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
• Refunds are generally provided as store credit, which does not expire.
• If a customer requests a refund via UPI, a ₹279 service charge will be deducted.
• Exchanges requested when the correct size was delivered will incur a ₹279 exchange fee per item.
• If an incorrect size was delivered by Vionee, the exchange will be processed free of cost.
