Shipping policy

  1. 1. Shipping Destinations
    • We currently ship across India.
    • Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.


    2. Shipping Charges
    • Standard Shipping is free of cost.
    • Express Shipping is available at an additional charge of Rs 150, which can be selected at checkout.


    3. Order Processing Time
    • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
    • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.


    4. Delivery Time
    Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
    Express Shipping: Typically delivered within 2–4 business days after dispatch.


    5. Tracking Your Order
    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.
    • You can also track your order by logging into your Vionee account.


    6. Shipping Restrictions
    • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.
    • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
    • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.


    7. Delivery Attempts
    • Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.
    • If the package is not delivered after two attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse.
    • You may contact customer service to arrange a re-delivery at an additional shipping cost.


    8. Delayed or Lost Packages
    • While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team.
    • If a package is lost in transit and cannot be located, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference.


    9. Damaged Packages
    • If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery.
    • Notify our customer service team immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
